a.	Yeung ManChing – MIN will expire by Jun. 4, 2019.  Please renew it and make it valid on the day of the competition.
b.	Cheung Chuek Him/Ho Hei Man – Their MIN expired on May 16, 2019.  Please renew their MIN.

Many thanks for your email.

 

Attached please find the four entry forms for your further action. We would like to arrange Mr LIU Kai Sum Sam / Ms LIU Wan Hin and Mr NG Sum Chun / Ms LAM Wai Yi will be entitled the 2 night free hotel. And the rest of two couples will be paid by themselves. But the confirmed check in date and check out date may be emailed to you by 21 May 2019 because they have different flight itinerary and arrangement in Japan this time.

 

Please be also advised will you provide transportation between Airport and Hotel.
