1.	I shall prepare your Letter of Invitation without flight information and send it to you as soon as possible.

 

2.	As for your pupils’ hotel accommodation, the Organizer can book a room for them at below prices.  

a.	Hotel Hankyu Expo Park (the competition venue)   JPY 24,000/night
b.	Hotel Crest Ibaraki (the hotel nearby Hankyu Expo Park)  Jun. 14 - JPY 15,980, Jun 15 – JPY 19,980, Jun. 16 – JPY 12,980

Please let me know if you need the Organizer to book your pupils’ hotel.

I received your entry/visa forms together with Nikolay Sukhanov/Anna Lapteva’s from Mr. Kitamaki.  In preparing letter of invitation I need some more information.

 

1.      Flight detail (time of arrival/departure, flight no.)

2.      Are Nikolay Sukhanov/Anna Lapteva your students?

3.      Currently, as far as I know, the Organizer has given no conditions of invitation to them.  No booking of their hotel made yet.  Have you discussed Sukhanov/Lapteva’s conditions of invitation with Mr. Kitamaki?

 

Please let me hear from you by return.  As you know, visa application takes time.   There’s not much time left.

The flight details I don’t know yet because we didn’t book the flight at the moment.

Sukhanov and Lapteva are my pupils and we didn’t discuss any conditions about this couple.
