Dear Sumiko,

Philippines delegation will arrive at HND on Friday 5th 04:45 but they would like all rooms to be reserved starting from the day before (Thursday 4th).  Reason is that when they arrive at the hotel on Friday 5th early morning they can have breakfast (if they arrive before the end of breakfast hours) and go straight to their rooms.  Of course they will pay the full cost of the night of 4th July even though actual arrival is early on the 5th.

Is it clear?

Cancelled rooms in red (Twin No.8-15)

Other updates in green as follows;
1. Single rooms No.5 & 6 these were originally for Indonesia for 2 nights (Fri and Sat).  Now changed to Thailand for 3 nights (Fri, Sat and Sun).
2. New single room No.9 request added for 3 nights (Fri, Sat and Sun) if still possible to add.

Also, for all persons from the Philippines, please kindly inform Toyoko Inn that their arrival is Friday 5 July 04:45 Haneda, but they need the rooms from Thursday 4th so they can go to their rooms early on Friday 5th morning.  I guess they may arrive at the hotel around 8-9am.

Indonesia "Cheerleading Doubles" confirm participation but still waiting for their data for the visa invitation.

I received notice today from our member in Indonesia that their "Cheerleading Junior" team "Sparkle" has cancelled participation in the ADSG 2019 due to unforeseen circumstances.  This cancellation may also affect the participation of the "Cheerleading Doubles" team from Indonesia but I will know for sure later today.  Given this situation, at least the majority of the rooms for the Indonesia delegation will therefore no longer be required.  I hope this will not cause any problem?
