Dear Sumiko,
Philippines delegation will arrive at HND on Friday 5th 04:45 but they
would like all rooms to be reserved starting from the day before
(Thursday 4th). Reason is that when they arrive at the hotel on Friday
5th early morning they can have breakfast (if they arrive before the end
of breakfast hours) and go straight to their rooms. Of course they will
pay the full cost of the night of 4th July even though actual arrival is
early on the 5th.
Is it clear?
