Dear Sumiko,
Attached the updated Toyoko Inn reservation.
Cancelled rooms in red (Twin No.8-15)
Other updates in green as follows;
1. Single rooms No.5 & 6 these were originally for Indonesia for 2
nights (Fri and Sat). Now changed to Thailand for 3 nights (Fri, Sat
and Sun).
2. New single room No.9 request added for 3 nights (Fri, Sat and Sun) if
still possible to add.
Also, for all persons from the Philippines, please kindly inform Toyoko
Inn that their arrival is Friday 5 July 04:45 Haneda, but they need the
rooms from Thursday 4th so they can go to their rooms early on Friday
5th morning. I guess they may arrive at the hotel around 8-9am.
Indonesia "Cheerleading Doubles" confirm participation but still waiting
for their data for the visa invitation.
