Dear Nikolay,

 

I have a question about  Sukhanov/Lapteva’s booking. 

Even if we book them for the nights of Jun. 15 and 16, they still have to pay on their own.

What the point?   If they book all of the 4 nights by themselves through internet, they may get better rates and a booking confirmation for sure.

Doesn’t it suffice for visa application?  I want to make things simple.

 

If I miss any point, kindly enlighten me.

Regarding the booking of Nikolay Sukhanov and Anna Lapteva- keep reservation from 15th for two nights !

1.	I canceled following bookings with Hotel Hankyu Expo Park.

a.	Nikolay Darin/Natalia Seredina --- Jun. 14 and 17.
b.	Nikolay Sukhanov/Anna Lapteva --- Jun. 14, 15, 16 and 17 (all the booking, as they pay all by themselves anyway)

 

2.	Booking confirmation from the hotel

We cannot provide you with the confirmation from the hotel, because we are holding the rooms as a block.  Individual names are not in the hotel’s system yet.   Names will be input only a few days before the date of competition.   Instead of the confirmation from the hotel, I attach a certificate that JDSF guaranties your Hotel Hankyu Expo Park room for the nights of Jun. 15 and 16.  Please submit it in place of the booking confirmation from the hotel.

To avoid double booking, I shall cancel your booking except for the nights of Jun. 15 and 16.   Please confirm.
