Dear Nikolay and Natalia,

 

1.	I canceled following bookings with Hotel Hankyu Expo Park.

a.	Nikolay Darin/Natalia Seredina --- Jun. 14 and 17.
b.	Nikolay Sukhanov/Anna Lapteva --- Jun. 14, 15, 16 and 17 (all the booking, as they pay all by themselves anyway)

 

2.	Booking confirmation from the hotel

We cannot provide you with the confirmation from the hotel, because we are holding the rooms as a block.  Individual names are not in the hotel’s system yet.   Names will be input only a few days before the date of competition.   Instead of the confirmation from the hotel, I attach a certificate that JDSF guaranties your Hotel Hankyu Expo Park room for the nights of Jun. 15 and 16.  Please submit it in place of the booking confirmation from the hotel.

Just now I received an e-mail from Mr. Kitamaki, who told me that he received following message from you.

Could you clarify what the above mean?   I already booked you and your pupil with Hankyu Expo Park as requested by you in your previous e-mail, which is copied below.

 

To avoid double booking, I shall cancel your booking except for the nights of Jun. 15 and 16.   Please confirm.
