Just now I received an e-mail from Mr. Kitamaki, who told me that he received following message from you.

Could you clarify what the above mean?   I already booked you and your pupil with Hankyu Expo Park as requested by you in your previous e-mail, which is copied below.

 

To avoid double booking, I shall cancel your booking except for the nights of Jun. 15 and 16.   Please confirm.

Regarding the hotel, you and Sukhanov/Lapteva are booked with the Hotel Hankyu Expo Park as below.

Jun. 14 and 17 --- Paid by yourselves (JPY 24,000 x 2 = JPY 48,000)

Jun. 14, 15, 16 and 17 --- Paid by themselves (JPY 24,000 x 4 = JPY 96,000)
