Hello, how are you?  Hope you are well.



Please be advised of the following.



1.	We need a photo of you for the program.  Please send us a nice one.
2.	You are invited to attend the welcome dinner on Jun. 15 (Sat)
starting 19:00 at a restaurant in the official hotel.
3.	To reimburse you cost of the air ticket we need your e-ticket.
Please send us copy of your e-ticket.
4.	I assume you can get a visa to come to Japan on your own like last
time.  Am I right?
5.	Last time you came with your spouse.  This time also?  Please advise
us for the convenience of hotel booking.
