Dear Mr. Luca Bussoletti,



Although we have not heard from you of your acceptance to our invitation to
judge the captioned event, I presume you do, and therefore, we advise you of
the following.



1.	We need a photo of you for the program.  Please send us a nice one.
2.	You are invited to attend the welcome dinner on Jun. 15 (Sat)
starting 19:00 at a restaurant in the official hotel.
3.	To reimburse you cost of the air ticket we need your e-ticket.
Please send us copy of your e-ticket.
4.	You are booked with a single room of the official hotel for the
nights of Jun. 14, 15 and 16.  If you bring your spouse, please advise us so
in advance for our convenience of hotel booking.



Kindly use “reply to all” when you write me back.  We appreciate hearing
from you by return.
