There is JDSF Youth 10 Dance Championship on July 7.

 

Overseas couple may attend to it. But entry fee Japanese Yen 5,000.-

will be requested to pay in Takasaki.

By the way, there are  Breaking ( Breakdance) Boy or Girl and Salsa 

Competitions will be held on July 7. Entry fees for those events are free.

One more question.  Which hotel does he stay on Jul. 8 and 9?

The competitions are over on Jul. 7.  

I assume he will move to Tokyo on Jul. 8 and stay until his departure on Jul. 10.

Please let me know name of the hotel he will stay in Tokyo.  This information is needed for preparation of his Letter of Invitation.

P.S.  There are only single dances for DanceSport which Chinese couples (or DanceSport couples of any country) can join.  Other categories are not DanceSport, such as cheer leading, wheel chair, etc.

Dear Mr. Zhang Qingshu,

 

This is the official invitation from the Organizing Committee of the captioned event.

 

For detail of the competition, please see the Invitation for competitor couples attached hereto.

 

The Organizer provides you with the following.

 

1.    A return air ticket from the city you live to Tokyo and return.

Nearest airport is either Tokyo Narita Int’l Airport or Haneda Int’l Airport.

In case you judge on Jul. 6 and 7, you arrive on Jul. 5, and if you judge on Jul. 7 only, you arrive on Jul. 6 and depart on Jul. 8.  The timetable is not finalized yet.  Will advise you as soon as it has been fixed.

 

2.    3 (or 2) nights’ free accommodation with Takasaki Toyoko Inn (near Japan Railroad Takasaki Station).

 

3.    Actual cost of local transportation (airport/hotel in Takasaki/Takasaki Arena/hotel in Takasaki/airport)

 

4.    Judge fee --- JPY 25,000/day.  (If you judge 2 days, the fee will be JPY 50,000)
