Dear Sumiko,

Good morning.

I received a request from the Philippines for an additional visa 
invitation for 4 persons.  I realise this request is quite inconvenient 
at this busy time just before the competition, but can you please let me 
know if it is possible to assist them with an additional visa 
invitation.  If not, it is perfectly understandable.
